We accept credit cards, debt cards and payments made through Paypal or …cashiers checks, money orders or personal checks (after check clears).

Refunds

Our products are nonrefundable unless damaged through the fault of Earth’s Naturals Bath & Body or USPS/UPS. Please follow shipper's guidelines for reporting any damage and to obtain an inspection, or Earth’s Naturals Bath & Body will not be able to reimburse or replace damaged goods.

Due to the personal nature of these products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than shipping damage or mistakes/problems we have caused. Refused orders (not involving damages) are subject to all shipping charges.
